We will post your order within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. During peak times, this may be 3-4 days.
We offer flat rate $12.00 shipping, or FREE shipping over $99. Once you have received a notification that your order has been shipped with Australia Post, your parcel should take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive.
You will be sent a tracking number when your order is posted.

Refund policy
On the off chance that your parcel arrives damaged due to delivery, contact us via email at [email protected] as soon as you receive the delivery. If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
Our products are made by hand in small batches, so there may be slight variation from batch to batch. Please don't hesitate to reach us at [email protected] if you are unhappy with your order.
