DIY Leather Cleaner
Low-tox alternative to leather cleaner
Ideal for leather couches and furniture
Your leather furniture can build up with dirt and germs. Giving them a polish with any regular leather cleaner can mean toxic chemicals reach the skin.
These easy recipes take just 10 minutes to whip up, and actually WORK,
and with your choice of essential oils, smell amazing!
What you'll need:
1/4 cup citrus vinegar (if available, or plain vinegar will do)
1/8 cup olive oil
Fill with cool boiled water or filtered water
5 drops eucalyptus oil
5 drops lemon oil (not necessary if using citrus vinegar)
We used a 200ml spray bottle to apply.
Here's how to make it:
1. Add ingredients into a bottle and shake to mix.
2. Spray lightly on leather furniture and wipe over with a clean cloth.
3. Wipe off any excess moisture with paper towel.
